Remember Nabaztag? The gay rabbit which I bought and returned almost instantly because the cost to function ratio and the flucuating servers didn’t really make me happy? Well, Nabaztag has really nice customer service to say the least.
I sent an email to Violet.net saying that I wasn’t exactly very happy with the Nabaztag and they allowed me to return it and gave me my refund in ten days. Julien (the guy at Violet) also helped check as well. So when I really get my Credit Card refund I’m going to say.. Thank you!

One the other hand, the price of the Nabaztag has dropped since I attempted to purchase mine at 145EUR. At last check, the ZStore is selling the Nabaztag with three ZStory books at 99EUR and the Mirror is selling at 29EUR.
The price has become much more reasonable now. So if they fix the servers they could possibly sell more rabbits.
