The wrong person won the Celebrity Apprentice!
Oh yes I’m pissed off!
For the past few weeks, I’ve been addicted to Celebrity Apprentice. As JC knows, I’m a reality TV bluff for some strange reason even though I know its bad acting, TV is non-representative of real life or drama, and made for TV has more editing than usual. But still!!!
In the finale of the Celebrity Apprentice, we have Annie Duke vs. Joan Rivers. Well, before watching Apprentice, I had no idea who Annie Duke was, but now I know she is phenomonal. She is a poker player, and one of the best female poker players that is. And she has played the game of Apprentice very well. Other than talking too much, which sometimes irritates people, she is very driven, determined, hardworking, and knows how to use people very well. But thats the way business goes! And she has been putting up the insults of Joan Rivers, who has insulted her to be, like Hilter. And she even went, I compared Annie to Hilter and I feel terrible. Apologies to Hilter. Joan Rivers is a comedian with too much plastic surgery I would say, but to give her the benefit of the doubt, she is 76 years old and my mom is more than 20 years younger than her, but does not even have that sort of energy.
Still! Donald Trump has the weirdest way of firing people. Because he has conveniently never fired Joan for things Joan should have been fired.
“Natalie was fired because she chose small jewelery from Ivanaka Trump’s collection which could not be seen in an auction – Joan is a Jewellery designer. In that same challenge, Clint was given the task of Auctioneer which he has bad at. They also chose a weird strategy which was also bad. – Joan as PM should have been fired.”
Joan threw prissy fits when her daughter was fired, and stormed off saying that she quit. If that was anyone else, she/he would have been fired. But Donald Trump did not turn an eye. So it was obvious that he was taking her at least to the final two.

I’m going to boycott Apprentice!
So yes, in the last final challenge. Piers Morgon won last year because he stated VERY clearly it was a fund raising challenge and he raised the most amount of money. This year, they had a very flimsy five objective criteria which was NOT based on fund raising. Obviously, because Annie would win. Its not a big surprise that Joan raised 150K and Annie raised 450K. You know, thats INSANE for a single person to raise all that in one night. The big catch of the day was what Trump offered – 250K to go to the charity of the winner, and Annie practically won on all amounts.
So, suddenly it went from fund raising (In which people like Natalie, Jesse – was fired because they didn’t raise enough money) to that five criteria. So suddenly Annie was down, and it was strange from not being able to get celebrities to turn up.
So yes. Joan Rivers. Is the winner of Celebrity Apprentice. Bad call. She raised 150K for her charity, Annie Duke raised 450K for hers. And Annie didn’t win!
(Joan, which by the way, when she won her first task in the show, saw her delivering food to this big gigantic mansion whose occupant was suffering from cancer. I know it is hard to get out of the house if you suffer from something. But that house which the (obviously very rich) lady was living in was possibly fifty times bigger than what I’m living in, and the furnishings was splendid… basically it was a very well-to-do person. Yes, there are people out there without a house over their heads and couldn’t make it out of the house as well.)
So yes, in life, it doesn’t matter if you are smart, brilliant, attractive (she has had 4 kids), it matters who you know. And since Joan and Donald have been friends for years, it also does not matter if you had fifty face lifts, call people Hilter and have the temper of a six year old. Although admittedly sharp on her feet, Joan is definitely not a role model. Annie Duke was robbed!
